This recipe for raspberry vinaigrette is a quick way to improve any salad.
- Olive Oil - 1/2 cup
- Raspberry Vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Raspberries - 5 smashed
- Black Pepper - pinch
- Salt - pinch
- Dijon Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pour the ingredients into a jar with a lid. Close the lid and shake until it's mixed.
- Pour over a prepared salad with chopped walnuts and a bit of parmesan cheese. If the ingredients have settled, shake the bottle again.
