Dill Pickle Chip Dip
This chip dip is a variation on the traditional recipe. The zing of the dill pickles and the freshness added from the smooth cream cheese combine with the sour cream perfectly. This dill pickle dip is delicious with a big bowl of plain potato chips.
- Blend the sour cream, cottage cheese, onion, and three of the dill pickles in a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
- Mince the remaining dill pickles and stir it into the other ingredients in a small bowl. Serve with a bowl of potato chips.
For a healthier version, use non-fat sour cream and non-fat cottage cheese. Serve with a bowl of baked flour tortilla chips and freshly cut vegetables.
